Our temple is a place of practice open to all who seek to embody wisdom, compassion, and peace through meditation and mindful training.
Mindful training consists of three parts: meditation, wisdom, and mindful action. These are directly connected to true happiness in life. Can you let go of wandering thoughts and emotions when it's necessary? Can you see things as they truly are? Can you act on what your heart genuinely wants?
With the internet and AI, there is an abundance of information on how to be happy and successful, but real transformation comes from walking the path. We welcome all to join us in meditation and in studying the Dharma together.
